About me

I am a movement educator, yoga teacher, and Integrative Nutrition Health Coach from Sweden with a background in professional dance and over 10 years of international teaching experience.

My work brings together movement, health coaching, and embodied practice to support strength, mobility, resilience, and sustainable wellbeing.

My Background

I have spent over a decade teaching dance, yoga, and barre, working across studios, private settings, and international environments.

My formal training includes:

  • Institute of Integrative Nutrition (New York)

  • Iwanson International School of Contemporary Dance (Munich)

  • Peridance Capezio Center (New York)

  • Strala Yoga 200h Teacher Training

  • Yin Yoga 50h Training (Yogayama Stockholm)

I have lived and worked in cities including Copenhagen, Munich, Gothenburg, New York, and Santa Teresa, Costa Rica –A small coastal town and thriving wellness destination where I spent the past years honing my craft close to nature.

Approach

My work is grounded in the belief that meaningful change comes through consistent, structured practice rather than short-term intensity or motivation.

I approach movement as a skill-based practice that develops over time. Whether through yoga, dance, or barre, the focus is on building strength, awareness, coordination, and resilience through repetition and embodied learning.

Alongside movement, I integrate health coaching principles that support sustainable habits and practical integration into daily life.

I do not see wellbeing as a fixed state, but as an ongoing relationship between structure, awareness, and lived experience.

CURRENT WORK

I currently work with group classes, private clients, and workshops, offering movement-based practices and coaching both in-person and in immersive formats.
